NOTICE OF 2026 ACPSEA GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND INDUCTION
The Executive Council of the Association of Conflict, Peace and Security Experts in Africa (ACPSEA), pursuant to Article 6.9.4(c) of the Constitution of ACPSEA, hereby gives notice that the 2026 General Assembly of the Association shall be held as follows:
Date: Saturday, 15th August 2026
Time: 8.00 AM GMT to 5.00 PM MT
Venue: Accra, Ghana (The exact venue will be communicated in due course.)
Mode: Hybrid (Physical and Virtual)
The General Assembly is the supreme decision-making organ of the Association and attendance is compulsory for all members.
It is also mandatory for prospective members who have successfully completed the membership requirements to participate in the General Assembly and induction ceremony.
General Assembly and Induction Fees
The Executive Council has approved the following fees:
• General Assembly Participation Fee: GHS 600.00
• Induction Fee (Member): GHS 1,000.00
• Induction Fee (Fellow): GHS 1,500.00
Total Amount Payable
Members Category: GHS1,600
Fellow Member Category: GHS2,100
The General Assembly will deliberate on key administrative, strategic, and professional matters concerning the growth and advancement of the Association across Africa. It will also feature the induction of new members, orientation, and other important activities approved by the Executive Council.
The detailed programme outline, theme, venue details, and other logistical arrangements will be communicated to all members and prospective members in due course.
Payment can be as follows:
Ghanaian members can pay through mobile money, bank transfer, and direct deposit.
Members from Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia, Gambia, and Other Countries can pay only through bank transfer through SWIFT or PAPSS.
